Following a couple of tweets last week, I have gotten a very interesting reader question which I am going to answer in this blog post: Which was my first Bad Dragon toy? So let's take down a trip memory lane when I still was a student…

In the summer of 2016 I had just handed in my M.A. thesis, was anxiously waiting for the results and equally anxiously searching for a job. But after a few stressful months (and a nerve-wrecking finish of my thesis…) I also took some time off for myself and to think about ToyTorture.com. Started at a time when passive anal sex was an afterthought for me. This little project was started as an alternative to the countless websites testing anal toys. It should be a resource on quality BDSM toys, the website I was looking for when I took my first timid steps into the scene over 15 years ago.

But kinksters are multi-perverse and as my readership grew, the ranger of reader questions broadened. So into the streams of questions about Mr S hoods and Fetters restraints one name appeared more and more often: Bad Dragon. To be honest, back then I knew little about anal toys and their quality. At best I have bought branded toys from Beglo Prism, at worst random stuff from China which shape looked promising. Miot of the toys I used to get fistable, I would shy away from nowadays and have banned from my playroom!

After a few weeks my curiosity got the better of me and I investigated the matter thoroughly. To be frank, I first was shocked! Really weirdly shaped dildos, stories about (fantasy) creatures' sex life, merch worthy of a rock band! Back then fantasy modus was default and only had very peripheral contact with the furry or puppy scene. But my testing for ToyTorture.com has always pushed me forward as a kinkster (impact play anyone?), I decided to take a not-so-deep dive and chose three toys which very much reflected my play style and mindset: Simple stretch, no depth play and a playroom has to be ALL black and steel! A Bordeaux or brown paddle already distracted my esthetic! What a long way I have come.

So this is what I ended up with: A large Virgil in firm, an XL David in medium and an XL medium Apollo, all in… let's say sedate colors. When I opened the parcel, the inside was nicely wrapped in purple silk paper which hit the sealed plastic bags. From Oxballs toys I knew that silicone attracts dust like nothing else. When I opened these plastic bags, I was a bit shocked how big and voluminous the toys were! I still had to learn to infer size and dimensions from dimensions on a website and product description. So my first Bad Dragons became the first toys of which for the review I mostly relied on review experience of play partners and friends to whom I sent the toy. On all toys I could take the glans. The first toy I knotted was Apollo in end of October when I was trying to relief my moving stress. Virgil followed two years later and riding his knot gave my me first involuntary prostate orgasm. It took me until this spring to completely conquer David.

When I thought about my second triple I moved to a new stage in my life, had a playroom and suddenly color came into play which sparked even more interest in the review. Suddenly people were interested in "my" color combination because they want to order it too! And they were interested in my opinion on other BD toys. It sometimes feels, the more of their toys I review, the more reader questions I get, all on toys I have not reviewed.

So, quo vadis Bad Dragon @ ToyTorture.com? Looking at the reader questions table I keep, currently most of you are interested in reviews of canine dongs. Having only recently tamed my second sphincter dog dildos have not really been on my agenda but I hear you and try to quench this thirst for reviews as soon as possible.

This is a good example of how the review requests differ from my personal taste. If it way my hole deciding which toys to review next, it would be Kelvin and Glyph (and personally I'd love an XL Fenrir because the Large is already so drool-inducing). But it looks like that the next names on the Bad Dragon review board will be Austin, Rex and Roland.

To conclude this little tale, would I place the exact same order as I did over five years ago? Yes and no. One thing that has not change since these first batch of naughty wyrms is my taste for firm anal toys (though I have started to admit that then it comes to depth play, there is a place for softer, yet not too soft toys). But color-wise I would be more daring! David would come in his Signature, glow in t he dark pattern, for Virgil I would also go with Signature (well, since he sounds hot in XL, I might one day get him that way) and Apollo? Good question. His Signature is a bit wild, so I'd probably go one o f the many glow in the dark pattern Bad Dragon offers. But since there are still so many different shapes to explore, buying second versions of toys I already have in my collection is still way ahead.

Also, Bad Dragon is not the only toy company in my dungeon. At this period of time I was introduced to the SquarePegToys Acorn by a friend. But this is a story for another day.

tl;dr

Gentle fucking your anus with either the SquarePeg Egg or the Topped Toy Gape Keeper with increasing larger sizes over time will make your hole fistable. Once you more or less easily take a Gape Kepper 93 or XXL Egg you should be able to take a medium size fist.

Ever since I started reviewing non-stim anal toys some 5 years ago, one of the most frequently asked set of question I have gotten is: How do I train my hole to take a fist? Which toys are best for the task? (For finding the perfect anal toy in general look here) Since review-wise I am still in hibernation it is the perfect time to write a comprehensive guide what toys and steps to take to get from a virgin or just dicked ass to a fist-greedy hole.

Physiology and Psychology of Getting Ready to take a Fist

First, let's talk about the bodily aspects of fisting. The anus is a ring sphincter, a muscle. In order to make it smooth and willing open up, you need to carefully stretch it on a regular basis. For this I recommend a tandem of two plugs: One the goes in relatively easily to initially open up your hole and make it smooth. The best way to achieve this and accustom your hole to the stretch sensation of a fist, I recommend a gentle fucking with the plugs. Once the hole is opened up then other one should be used to stretch your sphincter. This again is a pushing/ fucking movement against the sphincter until it becomes uncomfortable. Keep the pressure at that point for a short while, then release and push again. Which level of discomfort is acceptable and needed for a good training is highly individual. Approach it carefully, explore what feels right and keep in mind what I write about pain below!

When the larger plug almost goes in initially as easily as the smaller one and you can fuck yourself with it, it is time to make the larger one your start plug and buy a bigger one for stretching. The size difference between the two plugs should be about 10mm to max. 15mm in diameter for two reasons:

If the plug becomes too large, the overall shape gets too "dull" and it just bluntly presses against the sphincter which will not entice it to open up (more in the perfect shape below).
You need a sense of achievement once in a while. Dully pushing a toy against your hole without any noticeable progress gets boring over time and demotivates. But when after two or three weeks of training you finally conquer a toy, you feel accomplishment. Adding to that the awesome feeling when the light pain of stretching turns into pure anal pleasure, there is strong positive conditioning going on. This is the psychological element of hole training!

One Disadvantage of Silicone: It attracts Dust like Nothing Else

The stretching can cause a little dragging pain but must not be intense or pinching or sharp! That is the reason why I recommend hole training on your own because you can best control the degree pf force and angle in which the toy should enter. Furthermore, especially in the beginning your hole will be tender quickly. So a potential play partner will be disappointed. Training does also not need to take long! 10 to 15 minutes every two or three days is enough to make progress. Actually, regular stretching is way better than one hour-long session once every blue moon. And with stretching I mean the gentle fucking movement describe above. There is little training effect in long-term wearing of plugs. It is actually counterproductive. If you wear a plug for extended periods of time, your sphincter will contract again and the mucosa inside the rectum will absorb the lube. Pulling the plug out then, especially when you are untrained can be very painful and cause injuries! The anus can take quite the beating when being relaxed! But if not, it is a very delicate body area.

That is why I like to compare fist training to starting Yoga. When you start out, you might be disappointed how clumsy and stiff you are. But when you keep going, push yourself a little bit and within reason on a regular basis at some point you will be able to touch your toes. And the same way, if you keep to the training regime you ultimately will be able to take a fist.

It is hard to pin down an exact plug diameter when you will be able to take a fist. Small fists could have a very sturdy bone structure while large ones could collapse easily making them easy to take than a smaller one. Also, a human hand will never be as soft and smooth as the squishy silicone currently popular. So the softer the silicone, the larger the plug has to be. But a good rule of thumb is that somewhere around 75mm diameter you should be able a medium glove size hand.

It is important to keep in mind that like in training there is a psychological factor in getting fisting: Allowing another person push his or her fist through your sphincter takes a lot of trust and relaxation. It is not uncommon that the first fist is a strong mindfuck and needs to be taken out right away and the session is then over. Do not consider this a failure! Keep in mind that you can now take a fist and go back to this trail of though with confidence before your next scene. Do not stress out if it does not work out the second or third time right away or at all. Being able to take a fist a not a Boolean event but a wonderful journey you have just reached an important step but which is not nearly over! And there are wonderful things and experiences to explore along the way.

Choosing the right Toy

Plugs, Dildos & Fantasy Toys

A hand in initial fisting position (pressing all stretched out fingers together) has roughly a cone shape. The diameter gradually increases until the thumb knuckle and then tapers again until the wrist. This double cone-shape which causes a stretch both going in and going out is best recreated in plugs.

I often get asked "Can I also use dildos to train?" Of course you can but the training effect will not be as big. The stretch and training effect basically only occurs when the dildo enters the anus. A dildo is good for getting the anus used to being stretched to a certain diameter (and the friction of the fucking stimulating the many nerve endings inside the anus makes the training enjoyable) but helps little in the quest of taking a fist. There are some dildos which through the shape can help train like the SquarePeg Longneck or Mr Hankey El Rey. Dildos which taper towards the bottom and thus increase the stretch are not really useful because often before you get to a useful stretch you run into depth problems. This means that you need to penetrate the very sensible second sphincter where the colon enters the rectum. This is a challenge especially for deep fisting and definitely a story for another day.

Many people get into anal stretching because they like the looks or the mind play (I am looking at your Furries! ;)) associated with fantasy toys like from Bad Dragon, Neotori or KnotMe which are often on the larger side of the size spectrum. One of the distinctive features are they elaborate shapes and textures. Sadly, the more texture and the complexer the shape, the harder they are to take. So they are not good training toys. Of course there are exceptions like the Bad Dragon Vergil or their Egg. It is the closest you get to a pure training plug if you are a purely Bad Dragon afficionado but the base shape makes it hard to grip and almost imossible for longterm wear (If you want to learn more about finding the perfect anal toy and how to store and care for it, take a look at my Anal Toys 101).

Choosing the right Plug

As already written the training plugs should have a smooth and flowing conical shape both before and behind the equator so they easily go in and out. They should be made out of platinum silicone because its surface is super smooth and easy to clean. Finally, they should have an ergonomic base as a good handle when fucking and naturally come in a large number of sizes. These criteria meet two toys: The SquarePeg Egg and the Topped Toys Gape Keeper. They both have a long-drawn egg shape which makes them perfect for training. Which one you should choose highly depends on your personal preference. At Shore 00-34 Topped Toys uses slightly softer silicone which follows the current trend towards soft toys. With SquarePeg you have the choice of two firmness grades: SuperSoft (in their signature Bronze orange or a middle grey called Graphite) or Firm (only in black). Personally, I prefer firm toys for training because the firm toys "force" the sphincter open a bit more easily (again, choose the force you are comfortable with and do not overdo it!) and the firmness is closer a human hand. The SquarePeg Egg is also steeper and thus goes in a bit more easily. The Topped Toys Gape Keeper is a little bit duller and barrel shaped so it comes a bit closer to simulating the challenge of the thumb knuckle. The SquarePeg base is a bit easier to grab but especially at sizes larger than XL a bit cumbersome. Both models come in a wide variety of sizes so you can find the perfect pairing of fucking+stretching plug. If you can, go to a store, touch and look at the toys to find which fit you best. Of course, my reviews of the SP Egg and TT Gape Keeper are also an excellent point to start 😉

These toys are not inexpensive and I am aware that buying increasingly larger toys is an expensive route to take compared to cheap PVC toys but especially when you leave the realm of mass-commercial sizes (about 60mm diameter) there are not many well-shaped toys to continue your journey towards a fist (And do not get me started on heavy metals and plasticizers in PVC being absorbed by the mucosa in your rectum). Fisting is such a great experience so your hole should be worth it for you! Furthermore, these toy retain a somewhat good second hand value. Or you take my route and hand down some toys to eager bottoms starting the same journey I have been on and keep some if you want to train fistee in the making or need to open up a tense hole.

Then approaching the 70mm mark, there is another toy I recommend for training: The SquarePeg Acorn. Its duller tip is a bit closer to the ergonomics of a hand in fisting position than the perfectly smooth taper of the Gape Keeper and Egg. The duller transition between the body and the neck is also closer to the transition between thumb knuckle and wrist. Around the rim runs a bulge designed to stimulate the prostate and anus which frankly is a challenge and makes taking the plug harder when you are not experience. But holy fuck! When you take it and are experienced enough to relax becomes that little bump a horny feature!

I sometimes get the questions if the Topped Toys Grip or more recently the Deep Space are good for training. To be frank, I have not yet played with them but looking at their shape and taking into account my experience with other toys, I would say no for the training aspect. The Grip starts out at a size range where you are almost in fist territory and its slopes are too steep (there is actually a sweetspot between steep- and dullness which is too complicated to explain here). On the Grip 96 and even the Grip 106 it looks a bit better. They could maybe work for training, I actually need to try them myself. But also these two have the very prominent edge around the equator which makes the pop going in intense and the pushing out challenging. This makes the toy interesting and horny for experienced holes but nothing for novices. If you like the shape though, buy them as inspirational toys. Because, you should always buy toys for the hole you want not the hole you have 😉

The Topped Toys Deep Space 70

The Deep Space as its name says is made for training stretch in the depth of the rectum and colon. Furthermore the tip is again shaped for more experienced holes which easily open up. So like the Grip, save the purchase for when you are fist-savvy or get it as playroom decoration to look at and aspire to when training yourself in the meantime.

Ok, this is only in this section because you can buy clean-out accessories in the pharmacy. When training yourself, I would recommend not to overdo the douching because it irritates your anus and rectum, making it harder to open up. A thorough clean-out like before a good, heavy fucking should is enough. Yes, the fucking motion of the plugs can lead to some waste falling down. But this small thread it outweighed by the fact that you do not tired your hole out already in the bathroom.

When you get into serious fisting you will need to improve your clean-out routine. But still, you and your partner should always keep in mind where you put your hands. Accidents happen and are neither reason for drama nor for bottom shaming! Be adult about it, clean up, douche again, take a break and continue. In my opinion, people who put down and shame bottoms for messy incident have not business of sticking their hands and dicks in rectums!

Lube

Lube is paramount! Too little lube can cause fissures and other accidents. There are some borderline cases (and with experienced players preferences) where there is too much lube. But especially when starting out with serious ass play, if you ask yourself "Should I add lube?" the answer is always "Yes!" When playing with silicone toys, you must not used silicone or hybrid lube because the silicone oil inside it will over time destroy your toys. The surface with become porous and sticky. I recommend water-based lube. There are countless brands available and actually two fister can talk for hours why which lube is the best. You just need to try. For the training the lube consumption will be relatively moderate. Since all powder lubes used for fisting go bad quickly, you should buy large and thus economic bottles of lube. My personal recommendations are Elbow Grease H2O Thick Gel or ID Glide because it stays in place on the toy but ever ass is different so give it a try.

Relaxants and Aftercare Ointments

There are many relaxation sprays and gels or even numbing ones out there. Stay away from them! The numbing effect will dull the pain you feel and thus an important indicator if you can still push on a bit or have to stop immediately! Injuries coming from being too forceful can keep you from ever enjoying any from of anal sex forever! So it is not worth it.

Heavy training can lead to mini fissures or stress-induced pain inside the sphincter. This is completely normal. For aftercare I recommend using baby diaper rash cream with panthenol and zinc oxide to help the small wounds to close and calendula and either chamomile or sage for a soothing effect. Even when you are a masochist, I recommend to wait with proceeding with the training until you have no pain in the anus anymore. Otherwise problems can escalate.

And finally a necessary word on semi legal and illegal substances. I will neither recommend nor demonize them because people will be using them anyway. Like relaxation or numbing gels they can greatly impair you ability to notice something is wrong. So especially when training, using anything more than poppers and THC which is relatively safe is very dangerous! If you decide to use substances educate yourself about the short and longterm effects and especially safe use. Never use them alone and try them with an experienced person you trust. Discuss your limits before hand and do not move/ let yourself be pushed further than you are comfortable with when you are sober.

When Weredog entered the anthropomorphic dildo scene roughly two years ago, I immediately got dozens of questions about their material and manufacturing quality. Because of that, I am glad that thanks to Regulation I am able to be reviewing one of their most requested toys in this series.

Update May 7^th 2021: When I published this review about ¾ of a year ago, I was kind of torn what to think about this toy: I like the shape and design but the soft firmness ruined it for me. Now I have gotten a signature colored XL Gage in firm which addresses this issue. So I am revisiting and updating this review.

Construction

The Gage starts with a dulish, almost human like glans. Around the rim there is a thick and wide ridge, almost like on the SquarePeg Acorn. The shaft below has an overall oval shaped and is two-parted. On the upper, slightly barrel-shaped two-thirds texture it king. On front there is a cluster of four three-parted scales while on the back a network of on big horizontal and two smaller vertical veins add a little stimulation. The shaft's lower third is an enormous smooth knot. At the bottom the knot's two semi-spheres taper towards a tiny neck which again flows into wide and sturdy base.

If you choose the toy in any firmness but firm, the size of the neck becomes a problem since it is too thin to support the massive shaft. I have several toys that cannot stand upright on its own (for example Bad Dragon's Elden) but a soft or medium firmness Gage is an extreme case! The neck is so thin and bendy that riding the toy is a challenge! My testees and I had to focus on "controlling" the shaft when riding that it took away part of enjoying the texture. Luckily my firm Gage fixed this issue. It stands upright on its own and doesn't break out when riding it. At Shore 00-45 the firm version is about as firm as a Bad Dragon medium so the texture is not too scruffy. But of course the knotting in firm is hefty. The base is lightly textured with small ridges and mimics the look of a huge ball sack giving the toy a secure stand.

Note: I am doing this review based on the XL which I measured. All other numbers in this table are based on a quotient between my toy's length and the length on the website, assuming that the sizes scale proportionately.

The Gage like all Weredog toys is made out of pure platinum silicone. This has a couple of advantages: Being super-smooth it is not only easy to insert but bacteria have a hard time lingering on it. Furthermore it is easy to clean: Just use soap water, give it a good brush to get the lube off, let the toy dry, spray some sanitizer on it and you are got to go. Though two words of warning: Only use water- or oil-based lubes on silicone toys. The silicone oil in silicone lube will disintegrate the silicone and destroy the toy over the long run. Also, silicone does not play well with other plasticizers. So store it separately. Luckily, the toy comes with a nifty black storage cotton bag that offers some level of protection. Weredog uses a silicone with a velvet-like surface. The makes the silicone slightly sticky to lube does stay in place more easily. The disadvantage is that it easily attracts dust. For the pictures in this review is washed the Gage and dried it with a high end microfiber cloth. In the process of taking the pictures, I could watch the toy getting more and more dusty…

All Weredog toys at used to come Regulation come in "Jet" colour which is an interesting shade of black, almost a very dark anthracite and medium firmness. Now they come in the signature color which means for Gage a blue tip that fades and dribbles to black while the base is snow white. It is an interesting look that especially comes to live under UV or blue playroom lighting. Firmness wise they are split: They have a firm base (Shore 00-45) and a medium (Shore 00-41) body which mean Weredog leans to the softer end of the firmness spectrum. To give you a comparison example with a popular and widely used toy: The knot has roughly the same diameter of a large SquarePeg Acorn. In SuperSoft the Acorn feels firmer than Gage's medium firmness knot.

The clever and complex design of Gage make it a treat for everybody interested in high intensity anal play. To be honest, it is a toy more for the experienced player because the dull tip takes some pre-stretched and already loose sphincter to let Gage in. But once the glans penetrates the anus, the FFun begin.

The first highlight is the bulge around the glans rim. It is very voluminous and thick so it is perfect for triggering the stretch sensation of the many nerve endings inside the anus. With a bit of training and taking the glans reverse you can even target the prostate.

Though the real means for prostate stimulation (and in one [locked] case of testee panel member prostate milking…) on Gage are the scales. Their relatively steep ridges are not as intense as they might look at a first glance due to the material being quite soft. The flow of rise and drop when riding the shaft creates an intense massage sensation both at the anus and the prostate. Two testeee panel members created a "sport" to find the right amount of lube and speed to get to a friction sweet spot. Riding the barrel-shaped upper two-thirds of the shaft stretches and makes the hole nicely loose.

This looseness is absolutely necessary because the knot sits perfectly perpendicular towards the rest of the shaft. Yes, the two semi-spheres of it are somewhat guiding the sphincter to open up. But still, the massive size, the stretch being perpendicular towards the anus' ergonomics and the steep slopes will be a challenge, taking the hole's stretch to the max. And once the knot pops in, it locks in place due to the thin neck. Adding to this effect are the knot's shallower slopes at the bottom that intensify the stretch when taking it out. All things considered, taking Gage's knot is one of the more intense, probably also extreme experience in toy play. But also very rewarding and literally fulfilling. The knot's pressure on the prostate was intense enough to make one testeee have an anal orgasm. Though one word of caution when playing with the XL: When knotting it, you should be depth-savy a bit because depending on your body taking the entire toy will in most cases cause the glans to knock on your second hole.

Like most complex anal toys, a different level of fun is reached when playing with a top who manually controls Gage. Through the oval profile, once he starts twisting the toy, a new level of stretch is reached and the textures become more even intense!

When playing on your own, the Gage is a bit of a diva that needs special handling. The neck between the huge and heavy body and the large base is quite thin so the toy tips over in soft and medium firmness. So for the initial popping in, hold the shaft, push the glans through your anus and let the fun begin. Once inside, you can still vigorously ride the dildo but with soft and medium firmness ones it takes some practice to control the flopping around neck and thus tumbling shaft! The base is large and thick enough to keep the toy from moving.

So all things considered, Gage even in the small size is probably not the right toy to start your anal adventures out with. But if your hole is a little bit pre-stretched already or you can even easily take a fist, it is a perfect toy to reach new stimulation heights through texture and stretch.

What can I say about Bad Dragon toys which I have not already said? They started out over 11 years ago with crafting anthro anal toys and have become somewhat of a benchmark in platinum silicone toys. While the choice for a color is a purely aesthetic one, an important play-wise choice is choosing the correct firmness. Bad Dragon offers three different ones: Soft (about Shore A2), Medium (about Shore A5) and Firm (about Shore A8). The firmer a toy, the more the texture will be felt and the less it will give in and bend. This is especially important when it comes to longer toys which have to penetrate your second sphincter. Bad Dragon offer sample discs for their firmness but keep in mind the larger a toy, the firmer it will feel.

While platinum silicone is really easy to clean (soak in warm dish soap water, scrub excess lube off with a soft brush, rinse, dry sanitize and store away), an important word on the lube choice: ONLY use water or oil based lubes with silicone toys! The silicone oil in silicone lubes will tarnish and disintegrate your toys over time!

Due to the high level of customizability, Bad Dragon toys can only be ordered at Bad Dragon. So much for what all Bad Dragon toys have in common. Since the design of each individual toy is highly influence by it's shape, I will discuss the design and sizes for each toy separately.

Playing with Axel

Axel starts out with a dullish, almost human glans. The glans rim in the left and the right is textured with a band of five rather prominent bumps. While on the back of the glans it flows into the shaft smoothly with a smooth ventral groove, in front there is a steep, almost vertical drop. In combination with the spiked bulge around the glans rim, the tip of the dildo has a very noticeable pop when penetrating the sphincter. The shaft's top is lightly textured with bulges left and right from a smooth center. Directly on both sides is another line of high-rising bumps while the bottom of the shaft is almost smooth except some very shallow grooves.

The texture might sound like much but especially in medium or firm (as I have gotten mine), the bumps are VERY stimulating for the prostate or the anus itself. They are so dominant that the bulges are subjectively not really that intense at first. However, as it is often the case with Bad Dragon toys, the clever placement of different textures in sum make all the fun, especially when riding the toy. So when the bumps have made the sphincter tired on that particular area, you will start feeling the gentler massage of the bumps. The short smooth section between the two lines of bumps is a very nifty feature: Sometimes you can take a toy but your sphincter does want not really relax. In this case, inserting Axel up to this section and twisting it's oval shaft inside your anus can help it to stretch, relax and work those unwelcome kinks out.

Axel cannot be equipped with a suction cup. But the solid, massive balls in combination with the light stickiness of the silicone gives the toy a solid stand even when riding vigorously.

Playing with Bruiser

Bruiser really does his name justice as being a rough fucker. The steeply tapering glans is good for easy insertion. But, below the glans rim is a steep drop. This ridge if the first one of three high bulges that texture the shaft. Below the shaft sits a thick, massive knot, only followed by a short, sphincter-width high resting shaft.

As I said, Bruiser goes in easily, but riding the ridges is somewhere between agony and ecstasy, depending on the firmness and how forcefully the fucking is. The knot is roughly triangle shaped, has a bulge also on top and sits perpendicular to the natural sphincter opening. So the stretch of it is huge! I definitely recommend pre-stretching before playing with him.

Compared to other canine toys of Bad Dragon, the knot diameter-shaft length ratio is surprisingly low. So even depth is still a challenge for you, you might be able to knot this brute. However, if the shaft slips through the second sphincter, the ridges and bulges are a real challenge because the stimulate this sensitive area HARD.

As the only toy out of the three, Bruiser can be equipped with a suction cup. I highly recommend this feature because when trying to knot, you can easily push him backwards. This is also the first suction cup toy from Bad Dragon that due to the large balls does not give in too much when bearing down on the knot. Unlike Nova or Terra where the knot slips down further the more you push, Bruiser's knot stays in place – making the knotting experience even harder.

So long story short, I really enjoyed Bruiser because I like rough anal play. But it is not for the starter or faint of heart.

The glans of Dexter is short, pointy yet rounded and features a small band of three scales at the bottom. Below the shallow glans rim sits a short, barrel-shaped shaft very lightly textured with shallow veins and hinted ventral groove. The lower half of the body as made out of a softly rounded knot. At the bottom of it there are four not too deep ridges. Just like Bruiser the shaft below the knot is short for resting when knotting this toy.

This is as far as the similarities of Bruiser and Dexter go. Dexter is a bit of the anti-thesis of Bruiser. Where he is rough and brutal, Dexter is soft and well-rounded. It is easy to insert, the stretches are smooth yet noticeable. Yes, especially in firm as I have gotten mine, the knot pops noticeable. But the rounded shape opens the sphincter up gentler than Bruiser's forceful opening. One similarity has Dexter with Bruiser: The knot diameter-shaft length ratio is small again. So Dexter is a good toy to start out getting knotted. Not only because it's design is soft but it will most likely not to through your second sphincter. And if it does, the sensation will be softer than with Bruiser.

A nice feature of Dexter are the ridges at the knot's front. When put him in, the pressure stimulates the prostate. But when you ride Dexter, the ridges will massage the prostate. This way, some testee panel members managed an prostate orgasm.

In the last installment of this little series, I have already dipped a bit into the waters of CBT by looking at e-stim toys to torment your junk. Today will be all about manual toys to bring pain and pleasure to your genitals.

The Bad Dragon review seems to have become a bit of a tradition with you. A few weeks into the anal toy specials, I have gotten more and more messages if there would be a Bad Dragon review coming. Well, on the Sunday before Black Friday where Bad Dragon has been known to have something special prepared for the anthropomorphic dildo aficionado I am giving you my thoughts on some more of their delicious dongs.

The usual disclaimer before you look at pictures: Silicon attracts dust like nothing. I washed all toys before the shooting, dried them with a micro fiber cloth. Then my telephone rang and well… so please excuse the lint and little spots. That is just letting silicon toys linger for half an hour.

Bad Dragon's Votan & Demogorgon

Construction

I guess the most distinct thing about Bad Dragons toys is what they do with the platinum silicone they use to cast their toys. You can choose between three degrees of firmness (except for their largest toys which are only available in soft and medium) for free. The firmer the toys, the more distinct the texture is felt. Though compared to other "firm" platinum silicone toys of other manufacturers, the Bad Dragon firm is still relatively soft so even hard playing is relatively injury safe. Colorwise you get the largest selection of all manufacturers out there: Each toy has a unique "Natural" and "Signature" color pattern only available on that toy in addition to a few dozen elaborate colors patters, some available permanently, some only for a few weeks or even events. These patterns include my beloved glow in the dark colors which l look really hot in dimmed playroom after having been charged with light. To keep up to date on the special colors, I recommend subscribing to their Twitter feed or e-mail newsletter. And then of course there are the 56 solid colors to choose from which you can combine as fades or marbles leaving you way over 6,000 combination possibilities to toy around with. Both toys I am looking at today – the Demogorgon and the Votan – can be equipped with two special features. First, there is the suction cup which turns the flat bottom of the base into a concave dome. So when you press the toy onto a flat surface like a shower wall it sticks to it. I have this feature on all Bad Dragon toys where it is possible. It simply makes playing on your own easier, especially when you are into riding the toys. Also, I find grabbing the suction cup's edge a bit easier when fucking a bottom with the toy. The second feature is the cum tube. For this, a clear tube is cast in the middle of the toy with an opening where the urethra would be and about two feet of tube coming out of the bottom. Onto this tube you can put the syringe the toy comes with to push cum lube into your rectum when fucking yourself. Some of my testees love this feature, I just find it hard to clean and the sensation not worth the work. My recommendation is asking a friend who has a toy with this feature to try it out or get their Lil'Squirts for a first try before you invest serious money into your dream toy.

Like all Bad Dragon toys, Votan and Demogorgon are inspired by fantasy creatures. Demogorgon was inspired… well… by a Demogorgon. Being classically trained, I first thought the name referred to the demon in Milton's "Paradise Lost", but my testees soon pointed me to Stranger Thing's which I never have watched. Since in both media, no dick is show, I believe the truth lays somewhere in the middle.

The dildo starts out with a smoothly tapering, oval glans out that is split with four grooves and looks like a crocus just before it starts blossoming. After the glans comes a short neck for resting until the body tapers softly into a wide barrel shape. The front of the body is lightly textured with parallel running grooves while the back features some veins. At the bottom the body flows into an oval base.

For the Votan the guys at Bad Dragon took the Allosaurus as inspiration, one of the largest carnivore predators that ever roamed this planet. And I have to say, they succeeded in transferring the aggressiveness of a predator with the size or a large dinosaur. The tip of the toy is actually very easy to take because it has a smooth cone-shape. But after a quarter of the glans three thick ridges texture the surface. And to add to the stimulation, the sides of these ridges are textured with shallow but noticeable bumps. Once you have taken the glans, there is a long shaft to ride. It has almost no texture, just some very slight veins and a very soft ventral groove. The overall diameter increases very slowly and slightly before ending in a large, bulky scale textured base.

Playing with the Demogorgon & Votan

I am reviewing these two toys because I have been getting reader questions to review "softer" toys from Bad Dragon, specifically asking for these two. And the two delivery on that promise – at least somehow.

The softer of the two is definitely the Demogorgon. With it smooth, flowing shapes – especially at the glans – it goes in easily and stretches softly. This makes it a good toy for those who want to train girth but not fuck themselves with a butt plug but ride a dildo. The slow yet steady increase in body diameter especially in combination with the suction cup makes this dildo a good choice for slow, controlled rocking motion for opening up the sphincter. However, since in theory you can force the sphincter open with your body weight, the emphasis has to be put on controlled! Otherwise, serious injuries can happen! For the texture junkie, the Demogorgon has not much to offer. But, the four-split glans is a nice feature when twisting and turning inside the sphincter. It creates an interesting sensation of motion and massaging.

Calling for Votan's review as a "soft" toy was probably the misconception of my readers. They just saw a long dildo with a tapered glans and thought it would be an easier depth toy than Stan. Oh well… Yes, the first quarter of the glans goes in easily. But the following ridges are intense and especially in firm nothing for novice – but quite something for the texture lover. Just fucking the anus and maybe a bit deeper for stimulating the prostate with it, twisting it inside the hole for the little bumps to take full effect, is fun and intense experience. This intenseness multiplies when you go deep with the XL or even with the large one depending on your anatomy. It is true, the smooth shaft is great for depth play. But before you can ride it, the serious glans must make it through the second sphincter which even for my most depth-savvy testees was a challenge. A hot one they admitted afterwards but feeling the ridges and bumps navigating through their colon was a new experience, making it harder to relax in order to take the toy deep. Comparing that experience to taking the blunt-tipped Chance Unflared they rated the Votan even more extreme. That doesn't make the Votan a bad toy, quite the opposite: Through the combination of a challenging head and a long smooth shaft, the toy is currently unique and an enticing challenge for the depth player. But if you care looking for a toy to start exploring depth, you might want to look for a smoother toy.

Where to buy?

Bad Dragon exclusively sells through their website. The Demogorgon as well as the Votan start at $55 in the smallest and most basic version and go all the way to $265 in XL with a custom fade, cum tube and suction cup. When ordering a custom toy from Bad Dragon, keep in mind that they are individually made and usually in high demand. So expect delivery times in weeks at best, in high season like after Black Friday sometimes in months. If you want something quick, check their clearance section which usually ships the next day.

Material

All toys made by Bad Dragon but especially the anal toys are at the top range of the market. The relatively large number of "Flop" toys on their Clearnace section on their website is testimony that only perfect examples of the hand-cast toys leave their factory in Phoenix, AZ. While a Flop is an inexpensive way to start out your journey into Bad Dragon or a ready made can scratch the rectal itch quickly (in high season, it usually takes 4 to 8 weeks for a toy to be made), I highly recommend to buy a individually customized toy because if you invest so much money into an anal toys, it should be 100% what you want.

There a ton of options out there. The most important choice when it comes to customizing a specific toy it the firmness. There are three degrees: Soft, medium and firm, with XL toys not available in firm. Choosing the right firmness is weighing off different aspects: Soft toys are good for not yet well trained asses or really large toys because the sphincter can deform the toy a bit to fit well. However the softer the material the less stability a toy has so especially with long toys there is a chance they will collapse easily. The firmness also determines who the texture feels. Cast in soft silicone a ridge might easily flap away while in firm the sphincter might struggle to take it. A good rule of thumb to keep in mind is, the larger the toy, the harder it will feel. In order to get an impression of the different firmness degrees, Bad Dragon sells a set of sample discs.

While the firmness can only be felt (or sometimes seen when a toy flips over), choosing a coloring is the most creative aspect when it comes to ordering a toy. The options are almost limitless, starting a patterns exclusive for the specific toy (called "Natural" and "Signature") or temporary available patterns over fades and marbles to uni colors. Friends and I can spend hours discussing which color would look best on a certain toy. Due to being made out of platinum silicone, the colors will not fade or discolor.

The platinum in the term refers to the catalyst used for curing the silicone. For cheaper silicone tin is used which has all sorts of negative side effects while platinum as a noble metal is body safe and hypoallergenic. Cleaning is also easier because platinum silicone is able to withstand acid or heat. While in theory you can autoclave all Bad Dragon toys, putting them in the dish washer or throw them in hot water with dish soap also does the trick. In this case, the super smooth surface of platinum silicone makes the washing easy so they are the ideal toy to quickly clean between swapping the person taking them up the butt. For that reason toys made out of platinum silicone have replaced all my vinyl and rubber toys over the course of the last few years.

What now follows is a bit of a controversial topic. In theory, silicone toys must not be used with silicone or hybrid lubes. The silicone oil in these lubes disintegrates the silicone, making it floppy and the surface sticky. However, there are a lot of people who use high quality silicone lube on their platinum silicone toys and do not encounter any problems. My personal opinion is to err on the side of caution and not take any chances. Bad Dragon as a good reason why they only sell water-based lube. While platinum silicone is fine with any kind of water- and oil-based lube, my lube of choice for the silicone's smooth surface are slicker, stickier lubes like Elbow Grease H2O Thick Gel or Vet Gel, especially Kerbel Gleitschleim (which is a very German think I assume).

Shape

Today, Bad Dragon offers 66 different anal toys, each year introducing some new ones and phasing out others. Sometimes during special sales, they offer "Legacy Toys" which brings back already phased out toys. While in theory the toys are gender neutral, some are more designed with prostates or a clitoris in mind.

The basic size range of Bad Dragon is S to XL which covers the range from a small dick to (double) fisting. Some toys are also available in Mini or just a one-size toy. So do not fall in love with a design on the product overview page to quickly, you might be disappointed that your favorite dragon dick does not come in an interesting size – like my unhappy love affair with Kippy, Kage and Hunter.

Speaking of dragon dick: As the name "Bad Dragon" already implies, their toys are inspired by anthropomorphic creatures. They started out with just dragons but now feature demons, aliens, werewolves, unicorns, octopi or real animals like horses and dogs. Being inspired by (fantasy) animals most dildos feature a knot (a bulge at the bottom of the shaft). What (almost) all toys have in common is some degree of texturing which imitate veins and scales through bumps and ridges. These elements do not only increase the diameter but also make the toy harder to take. So always take the "deepness" of the texture into consideration when looking at the maximum diameter and pondering if you can take the toy. There is a strong interaction with the firmness and texture. The firmer the silicone, the more intense the texture will be felt. This does not necessarily mean that texture is felt more intense when the toy is in firm because the flapping/ giving in on a soft toy can be more stimulation than to chafe over an unforgiving form ridge. If these textures are too intimidating but you still want the quality and lush designs of Bad Dragon, they do offer tamer toys like a natural dildo called Archer or the Egg which is perfect for training a hole to open up.

When looking at the detailed size charts and choosing a larger size, it is important to keep in mind that the toys scale proportionally: The texturing gets deeper and thus more intense, the knot (most of the time the largest diameter of the shaft) moves down further. Since most anal enthusiasts can easily take larger diameter but are not well with taking big toys deeply, the knot might be out of reach due to being too low.

To some toys, two special features can be added. The first is the suction cup. If you can add it, get it! It makes playing and riding the toy much easier. As a material, silicone is somewhat sticky on its own (that's the reason why no matter how thoroughly you clean it, there is ALWAYS dust on the toys!) but the strong cup which is integrated into the base design keeps the dildo in place (or sticking on the bathroom wall), even when riding it vigorously.

The second add-on is the cumtube which is a tube cast in the middle of the toy. It comes with a syringe you can fill with (cum-like) water-based lube and shoot it into your ass, simulating the feeling of the dragon's dick cumming in you. Naturally, such a tube makes cleaning the toy more difficult. Also, in my testee panel the opinions on the cumtube's effect are split. Some love it, some find it overrated. I would recommend ordering one of their Lil'Squirt toys to try out the effect for yourself before investing money into a bigger toy with a cumtube.

Clayton the Earth Dragon

Clayton is one of the few Bad Dragon dragons which do not have a knot. The shaft stands upright rising from a big, sturdy base. This uprightness and the gradual increase of diameter makes it a good toy to start exploring depth and preparing to take longer Bad Dragons – if you can take the heavy texture.

The glans is almost cone-shaped for easy insertion. Below it are three deep ridges which especially in soft firmness massage the sphincter and seduce it to open up. The middle third of the shaft has a chain of scales on all four sides with on the back coming from there the frenulum would be are the deepest, almost saw-like, on the left and right they are very subtle. Most of my testees only noticed them when Clayton was turned inside their hole, because the front and back scales are so intense. The last third starts out with two subtle raising, yet noticeable bulges on the topside. Some testees called them "knot" but I think that is an overstatement. The bottom until the base is textured with three deep ridges, their edges being even more texture with little bumps. The ridges do not go around the shaft but have gaps on the top- and underside. Because of this when riding the entire shaft, the mid-section scales are felt more prominently.

My Clayton is colored in its Signature color which is a perfect fit for the story behind the dildos: It looks like lava cooling coming from a bright yellow over rich orange with red highlights to a black-red base. Yellow and orange are usually not my favorite colors but this color quickly became one of my favorite ones!

Elden the Faerie Dragon

Well… Elden… A toy I have been getting many reader questions about. And the product pictures got me quickly excited about this toy. But it sadly has one big flaw that caused me to re-order a second one in a different firmness, hoping it will fix the issue.

Elden starts out with two little prongs that makes targeting the sphincter easy. Below them is the first little thickening that sets the tone for the bulges running left and right of the shaft until the knot. While the underside it smooth, there is a string of deep bumps on the upside. This heavy texture makes it a good toy to be twisted and gently fucked for maximum anus stimulation. The lower third of the shaft is the massive knot that has four tiny bumps on the sides two thin and deep strains on the upside. The knot flows into a really thin neck which ends in a large base that is heavily textured with bumps and ridges.

Theoretically, Elden has all what I love in a toy: Deep texture for stimulation and a large knot with a tiny base for maximum stretch sensation. BUT: The body of the toy is so heavy, that when being mounted onto the floor using the big suction cup, it collapses completely, making it almost impossible to ride. When fucking someone, one hand needs to hold the base, the other needs to hold and press the knot against the hole. My Elden is soft and I have already ordered one in Medium. Once I have tried that out, I will update this review. But I have also talked to the guys at Bad Dragon if they can make a split firmness with a firm base and neck (ideally additionally extending into the knot) and a body in the firmness of your choice.

4^th Kind is the color of my Elden. It looks a bit subtle in the pictures but as soon it starts to glow in the dark or under UV light, the blue highlights really makes this toy pop out.

Pearce the Orc

For years, I misspelled Pearce as Pierce (even the kink world holds challenges for a dyslexic person) because the homophony describes the prominent feature of this dildo: The sculptured PA piercing at the glans. Otherwise Pearce is a fairly standard realistic dildo. From the first look, the evenly shaped glans with the foreskin pulled back (making it one of the few uncut ones from Bad Dragon) should make for an easy insertion. But the large Prince Albert Screw in Ball piercing with a large ball is something an inexperienced hole need to train to take. The experienced ones enjoy the way the big ball massages the prostate when riding the dick. Below the glans there are subtle ridges of the pulled back foreskin. While the shaft might look smooth and dull, the massive increase in diameter causes the anus the swallow the toy once you passed the largest point creating an unexpected feeling of fullness and massive stretch of the hole. Just above the realistically sculptured ball base there are a few subtle ridges and veins but to be honest, you do not feel much of them because you are so focused on the stretch and fullness.

Colorwise I followed Bad Dragon's inspiration and went for Pearce's Signature which is a gorgeous woodland camouflage.

For many perverts transformation into an anthropomorphic being is a major kink. Part of coming close to their being of choice or calling is putting on gear which in a sexual content should include the dick. For that reason I have been asked a lot of times for an educated opinion on the Bad Dragon Wereables. So I got my hand on their Flint and Magnus to tell you all about it.

Construction

The construction of the two models I have tested extensively follows the design of most cock sheaths: The main body is a long sheath for covering the dick's shaft onto which at the end a loop is molded to put around the balls for keeping the sheath in place(more on that later). The inside of the sheath is textured to massage the top's dick while fucking, on Flint with thicker grooves while Magnus has finer ones. Unlike other cock sheaths the wall thickness is not even around the dick. Since the outside texture follows the design of some of the most iconic Bad Dragon dildos, it is sometimes thicker like on the deep ridges on Flint's bottom or Magnus' knot. The wereables are made out of soft silicone. So even Flint's ridges or Magnus' prominent veins will certainly add tantalizing sensations but will not be a difficult struggle. Due to the stretchiness, putting the sheath on is also easy, because it stretches well, even over girthier dicks. While the sheaths are made out of the same silicone as their other toys, the color choice is limited to solid colors.

Depending in the model the wereables are one size only or come up to three sizes. I recommend getting a size with a slightly smaller internal diameter than the diameter of your dick's shaft for a snug fit. If you choose one of the wereables with a closed tip, make sure not to buy a too short one! I had a chance to fuck with a medium David which was too short and it was an unpleasant and unpractical experience.

Most of my testees – both top and bottom – enjoyed playing with the wereables. The extravagant colors and sophisticated textures add an enticing visual to the play and new sensations to fucking. It takes a few rounds to figure out which texture works best in which position. Flint was more appreciated in doggy style because the ridges massage the prostate while Magnus won favors in sledgehammer fucking with the bottom on the back resp. in the sling because it really gave the knot a pop feeling. Some of my testees used the wereables without a bottom and enjoyed the sheath as small and handy travel masturbators. Especially the deeper grooves of Flint are great for that and the soft material lets you control the pressure easily.

To put the wereable on, lube up the dick, pull them over the shaft and put the scrotal loop around the balls. I recommend lubing up the sheath afterwards after it has been put in place. Otherwise adjusting the fit becomes difficult.

As good as the soft silicone feels and allows the movement of the bottom's sphincter to be felt by the top, it is also the drop of bitter with this toy. The loop around the balls is too soft and stretches too much. On a well lubed up shaft it moves a fair bit. On the one hand, this is good, because the groves inside the sheath massage the top's dick. On the other hand especially when the bottom's hole is just open enough to let the toy covered dick in, it stays inside, sliding along the dick, until the pull gets too much and pops out. With guys who don't have low-hangers, Flint's wide loop came off during heavy pounding. Also, Flint's tip is so thin, it sometimes folds down when entering a hole. So I would recommend the wereables for loose holes and not to for something to start out the fucking with.

Of course, the wereables are not only made for dicks! They are a good way to spice up dildos which have become uninteresting. Naturally, for a securish fit, dildos with balls are better than just shafts. If the dildo has nothing to put the scrotal loop around, the sheath must be hold in place by hand otherwise it might disappear inside the bottom's ass.

Being made out of platinum silicone, cleaning is easy: They can be autoclaved, put into hot water with dish soap or vinegar cleaner, rinsed off, dried and sanitized. But since they are silicone toys, it means they should not be used with silicone lube. Since they are so textured, I recommend a slicker lube like Elbow Grease H2O Thick Gel which stays in place.

I intended to post this review weeks ago, before ToyTorture.com went on Spring Break. But the move to a new server took longer than anticipated. So here it is: The first review on the new server is also the final review of the Anal Toy Special which is about a manufacturer who according to quality and quantity of reader questions you apparently can't get enough from: Bad Dragon.

Material

Bad Dragon toys clearly fall in the category of premium anal toys. This is largely due to how and what out of they are made. While they have some inventory in stock, there are no off the rack toys but each and every toy is individually made by hand in Phoenix, AZ. While the clearance section is a good way to get an inspiration what is possible, I usually recommend to configure a Bad Dragon. If you invest in such a high price toy, it should be really yours.

Speaking of configuration possibilities, you can choose between three degrees of firmness: Soft, medium and firm. XL toys are not available in firm and for toys which do not have to stand up like an insertable there is also the super-soft option. Choosing the right firmness is weighing off different aspects: Soft toys are good for not yet well trained asses or really large toys because the sphincter can deform the toy a bit to fit well. However the softer the material the less stability a toy has so especially with long toys there is a chance they will collapse easily. The firmness also determines who the texture feels. Cast in soft silicone a ridge might easily flap away while in firm the sphincter might struggle to take it. A good rule of thumb to keep in mind is, the larger the toy, the harder it will feel. In order to get an impression of the different firmness degrees, Bad Dragon sells a set of sample discs.

Bad Dragon Sleipnir

Another important element of configuring an individual Bad Dragon toy is the coloring. There are literally countless option from basic and subtle uni colors over extravagant fades and marbling to unique designs which are either designed and available only for a specific toy or available for a limited time. The colors will not fade or discolor over time which is due to the material being used.

All Bad Dragon toys are made out of platinum silicone which in the last few years replaced vinyl as my favorite anal toy material for several reasons. The platinum in the term refers to the catalyst used for curing the silicone. For cheaper silicone tin is used which has all sorts of negative side effects while platinum as a noble metal is body safe and hypoallergenic. Cleaning is also easier because platinum silicone being able to withstand acid or heat. While in theory you can autoclave all Bad Dragon toys, putting them in the dish washer or throw them in hot water with dish soap also does the trick. In this case, the super smooth surface of platinum silicone makes the washing easy so they are the ideal toy to quickly clean between swapping the person taking them up the butt.

Bad Dragon's Egg

While platinum silicone can withstand a lot, do not use silicone or hybrid lubes on them! The silicone oil in them will disintegrate the silicone and ultimately the toy. I often get messages from people who have been using their silicone toys with silicone lube and did not have any problems. But I get as many messages of desperate people who's toys got sticky and floppy. So I recommend to be better safe than sorry. Platinum silicone is fine with any kind of water- and oil-based lube. My lube of choice for the silicone's smooth surface are slicker, stickier lubes like Elbow Grease H2O Thick Gel or Vet Gel, especially Kerbel Gleitschleim (which is a very German thing I assume).

Shape

At the moment Bad Dragon offers 65 different anal toys, each year introducing some new ones and phasing out others. While in theory the toys are gender neutral, some are more designed with prostates or a clitoris in mind. One day I might write a buying guide to Bad Dragons to elaborate this further.

Bad Dragon's Tucker

Speaking of dragon dick: As the name "Bad Dragon" already implies, their toys are inspired by anthropomorphic creatures. They started out with just dragons but now feature demons, aliens, werewolves, unicorns, octopi or real animals like horses and dogs. Being inspired by (fantasy) animals most dildos feature a knot (a bulge at the bottom of the shaft). What (almost) all toys have in common is some degree of texturing which imitate veins and scales through bumps and ridges. These elements do not only increase the diameter but also make the toy harder to take. So always take the "deepness" of the texture into consideration when looking at the maximum diameter and pondering if you can take the toy. There is a strong interaction with the firmness and texture. The firmer the silicone, the more intense the texture will be felt. This does not necessarily mean that texture is felt more intense when the toy is in firm because the flapping/ giving in on a soft toy can be more stimulation than to chafe over an unforgiving form ridge. As Bad Dragon ventured more into "mainstream" they introduced tamer toys like the Egg (see below) a Unicorn's horn.

Egg Plug

The Egg Plug is an unspectacular plug by Bad Dragon standards: The body has roughly the oval shape of an egg and the neck and base is modeled after a golden egg cup. No ridges, no bumps, no frills at all but a thing ornament line where the "egg" meets the cup and at the top rim of the base.

While this might sound dull and actually uncreative – especially keeping in mind that there are already other manufacturer who make high quality egg shaped plugs. However, this product is the answer to many reader questions: It is the combination of a gentle ass-opening toy with the colorfulness of Bad Dragon. The smooth and round shape are perfect to pre-stretch the hole to take larger and/ or more textured toys. Especially in combination with the suction cup (which my egg has), it is ideal for riding, training the sphincter to open up. So it is a good toy for working up to a fist. Unlike its main competitor with which this toy shares a name, the Bad Dragon Egg Plug is an action toy. The large base and relatively large neck diameter compared to the maximum stretch make it difficult to wear over extended periods of time.

My Egg Plug is in the Signature color which a little custom twist: The cyan glows in the dark, making it almost a desk decoration item.

Tucker the Equinine

Tucker is the combination of the best of two world: A horse dick for depth and a knot for width.

Almost like the small brother of Chance Unflared Tucker starts out with a roughly dome-shaped glans which has a rim with small bumps. The glans flows quiet steeply into the shaft. The shaft is lightly textured with veins and increases slowly in diameter until at the end, there is a dog-inspired thick knot.

Especially in XL (and depending on your anatomy also in L), this design makes Tucker one of the most interesting toys in terms of "stretch" sensation: When the knot pops in, the "dull" glans also penetrates the second sphincter, causing stimulation both deep inside the body and on the anus simultaneously. Besides that, Tucker is also a good "training" toy for Chance. Being shorter and thus easier to control (to which the thick base and knot also adds), just riding the shaft until the knot, helps getting used to how to handle a horse's glans and dick.

I chose 2^nd Kind with a blue base as the color of my Tucker because I like the glow in the dark effect of it.

Sleipnir

Another horse dick but completely different than Tucker! The dildo starts out with a large and dull glans. Unlike the Chance's and Tucker's glans it is textured with ridges which is a good preparation for the thick ridge which runs around it and which provides a steep drop to the shaft. The shaft gradually increases in diameter. The first half of the shaft is textured by three gentle scales on both sides while from the "frenulum" down a line of in size increasing bumps runs. The lower half of the shaft features a mixture of deep ridges with shallow grooves between them.

Sleipnir is heavily curved "upwards" (if it was attached to a horse) so I highly recommend getting the suction cup. Otherwise it will even more easily flip over. The curvature is a useful element because it helps the toy to go really deep in doggy while the line or small ridges stimulate the prostate. Though you do not need to go that deep. Just riding the head is enough to start with since the thick ridge around the rim is great for a prostate massage.

Colorwise I followed Bad Dragon's inspiration and went for Sleipnir's Signature.
